Terms and Conditions for Asfela Application Security Engineering Training Program

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Application Security Engineering Training Program (“Program”) offered by Asfela Academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in the Program.

2. Program Content

2.1 Intellectual Property: All training materials, including but not limited to course content, presentations, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Asfela Academy. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit written consent from Asfela Academy.

2.2 Updates: Asfela Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or change the Program content at its discretion. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1 Fees: Participants are required to pay the specified fees for the Program.

3.2 Refunds: This program is non-refundable. No refunds will be provided unless under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Asfela Academy.

4. Participant Conduct

4.1 Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the Program. Any form of illegal or unethical behavior will result in immediate dismissal from the Program without a refund.

4.2 Respectful Behavior: Participants are expected to treat instructors and fellow participants with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Non-Disclosure: Participants agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the Program, including but not limited to proprietary methodologies, trade secrets, or sensitive data shared by Asfela Academy.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Asfela Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Participants acknowledge that cybersecurity inherently involves risks and Asfela Academy is not responsible for any security breaches or incidents occurring outside the scope of the training.
